Terms and Conditions of Use

As a user (hereinafter "the user") of this platform, I expressly acknowledge that when using it I must adhere at all times to the provisions set forth herein, without prejudice to the provisions of the corresponding service contract, which is also an integral part of this electronic agreement. By accessing or using this platform, I expressly, freely and voluntarily accept the following Terms and Conditions of Use.

This electronic agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the Commercial Code of the Republic of Ecuador, in particular its article 76, which is cited below:

Art. 76.- Commercial contract for electronic services, is the agreement of wills between a provider and a user for the enabling of an electronic system or platform that allows the realization of any activity, commercial, financial or service transaction to be provided by the same provider or a third party.

I recognize and accept that the platform in the person of its administrator or owner, reserves the right to deny the user access to it in any case it considers appropriate, in particular if the user:

1. Provides false data;

2. Breaches these Terms and Conditions of Use or the Privacy Policy in any way; and,

3. Fails to comply with any applicable legal regulations regarding access to or use of this platform.

The user freely, voluntarily and expressly agrees that he or she is solely responsible for the content that he or she uploads, publishes, sends by email, transmits or in any way makes available through this platform.

Additionally, the user expressly, freely and voluntarily agrees not to use this platform in any way that directly or indirectly serve to:

1. Provide false data;

2. Breach these Terms and Conditions of Use or the Privacy Policy in any way; and,

3. Breaches any applicable legal regulations regarding access to or use of this platform.

I acknowledge and accept that the platform, represented by its administrator or owner, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion, always in accordance with the law.
